The gang at independent bottler Jack Tar certainly has some cracking casks of rum stashed away. This one hails from Guyana's Uitvlugt distillery, which ceased operation in 2000. Distilled in 1991, the rum spent the next three decades resting in a single cask before being bottled up at a satisfying 56% ABV.
