From the very same people in Cornwall behind the Tarquin's Gin range comes Twin Fin Spiced Golden Rum! This expression brings together pot-still rum from Jamaica and column-still rum from the Dominican Republic, which is combined with a spice mixture including vanilla and orange that's distilled in a flame-fired copper-pot still. To this, a touch of Pedro Ximénez sherry is added, and it's then allowed to rest over oak chips.
Clove-studded orange, guava, a touch of banana, very slightly grassy at points, molasses, soft oaky smoke, brandy snaps and gingerbread.

The smell of bonfire toffee comes to mind straight away. Drink neat with some chocolate orange as a side, or drink with a mixer and add orange peel as a garnish. It’s spicy, smoky and glorious. Tarquins haven’t put their name to this, but the quality is there to see. Worth every single penny.
Tastes like fake banana and over chewed bubblegum. Very possibly the worst rum I’ve ever tasted
Loved it Toffee flavoured Drank the whole bottle to myself within a week
Just opened my first bottle of Twin Fin and it tastes like nothing I've had before. First of all it is very smooth for a rum and it has quit a toffee taste. The after taste of banana lingers around in your mouth for a while but it leaves you wanting another mouthful very moreish. I would recommend you to get a bottle for the experience and the bottle and stopper look beautiful.
Love it!!... what a great find.. This is now a firm favourite.
