Trois Rivières Rhum 55 Origine
A higher proof bottling of the superb agricole rhum from Martinique's Trois Rivières. The sugarcane-based rum is slowly diluted over five months, allowing its flavour to round and mellow, before it's bottled up at 55% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Herbaceous, sweetly vegetal cane opens the way, with a touch of pepper, sour, tangy stone fruit, and a distant hint of salinity.
