Filled into cask on 2nd August 2006, this rum emerged over 6 years late on 5th April 2013 to be bottled as single cask rhum vieux agricole! The outturn was 570 bottles of Martinique rhum.
Dried fruit, dates, saddle leather, pine resin and cocoa.
More vegetal, spiced caramel, star anise and clove.
Pepper, oak, savoury tang.
