Description
Independently bottled rum from the Travellers Distillery in Belize, released as part of the Rum Explorer range by the folks from Château du Breuil. This expression has been given a finishing period in a cask that previously held Cognac has helped to develop its fruit-forward flavour profile.

Apple, candied grapes, fried banana, a whisper of cinnamon and oak spiciness developing later on.
