The aged rum has been made in partnership with conservation group Sea Shepherd, with 15% of the profits from each bottle sold going towards supporting marine conservation in the Caribbean. That explains the rather chirpy-looking turtle swimming across the label. Everyone loves a happy turtle. Just look at the turtles who fought crime in the '80s with swords and nunchaku.

Really well balanced dark rum! Superbly drinkable on it's own with it's suprisingly compex yet smooth taste (and with none of that cheap rum nasty aftertaste which gives you headaches!)
