Jamaican Rum 23 Year Old 1997 (Thompson Bros. & Tre Bar)
A 23 year old Jamaican rum, distilled back in 1997 and left to age in a single cask. Following its maturation, this JMM marque rum was independently bottled by Thompson Bros. (in Dornoch) and Tre Bar (in Hiroshima), with an outturn of 247 bottles, with labels designed by Yu Kurahashi.

Green apple, tannic oak, a flash of cinnamon spiciness, some juicy lime freshness.
