The Surrey Copper Distillery (the same folks behind the Copperfield Gin selection) has gone and made its very own rum! Blending together aged rums from Barbados and the Dominican Republic, Volume 1 offers up a fruit-forward flavour profile, backed up by helpings of toasty spices.
