This flavourful offering from Brixworth is made with a base of rum distilled from Caribbean sugarcane, infused with an array of British summer berries and a hint of chocolate! The tasty trifecta of rum, summer fruits, and chocolate works a treat sipped neat over ice, and ought to shine in cocktails too.

I absolutely love this rum it has a wonderful depth and flavour. I have it in a tall glass with lots of ice, slices of fresh orange and ginger ale
Not what we expected, but pleasantly surprised. Seems to follow a whiskey profile. Will be pulling the bottle out for special occasions.
The Dark Rum is an absolute gem for rum enthusiasts. It’s rich, smooth, and packed with deep, complex flavors that make every sip a treat. Notes of toffee, vanilla, and a hint of spice create a warm, satisfying profile that’s perfect neat, over ice, or in a classic rum cocktail. Whether you’re new to rum or a seasoned connoisseur, this bottle is a fantastic addition to your collection. Highly recommend!
