This rum from Kromanti is infused with plantain for a vibrant, characterful profile. Selected when it is ripe but not too sweet, the plantain is dehydrated and infused with a base of aged rums from Venezuela alongside sugar cane juice-based rum from the Dominican Republic, offering up delicate grassy notes in the depths.
Not the best flavoured rum I’ve tasted but certainly not the worst
