The Juggling King White Rum is distilled on Guernsey, using its own patented strain of yeast. The result is a spirit that works fabulously in all kinds of cocktails and mixed drinks. The team is also growing its own cane on Guernsey, working with commercial greenhouses across the island to grow it, and they plan to make a seed-to-bottle rum using it in the future.
