Description

This spiced rum from The Custom Spirit Co. should be rather exciting for any fans of the Mojito cocktail. Infused with lime, mint, and vanilla, it has a bold and zingy profile that should add splendid character to cocktails, and will also work rather well with lighter mixers such as tonic water, or lemonade.

Overall

Plenty of zesty lime leads the way with a gentle balance of mint, a warming touch of pepper picks up on the finish, softened by subtle vanilla.
