For the Secret Distillery #4, the Boutique-y bunch has got its mitts on a 20 year old rum all the way from Grenada produced using a traditional column still. The label shows a spice market on a sunny Grenada beach, though there's looks to be a familiar face in the background...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vaguely floral at first, before warming sandalwood and crushed spice develop, alongside some apple crumble sweetness.

Palate: Mouth-filling and subtly oily, with loads of honey, caramel and quince notes. A few touches of caraway and ginger tucked away in there.

Finish: Waxy peels and yet more cooking spices.
