Nose It’s big, hearty and green opening with a grassy, cane juice spirit-style note, followed by Del Monte sliced pineapple in syrup and passionfruit syrup. Spiced molasses then emerges underneath with salted vanilla ice cream, Madeira cake and red cola cubes.
Palate Charred tropical fruit, dried orange, burnt hay and toasted hazelnut initially. Dark chocolate, coffee beans and a little oak spice add darkly delicious depth.
Finish It’s a delicately sweet, but quite musky finish.
