This is a 16 year old column rum, bottled up at a hefty 56.7% ABV and boasting a fruit-forward flavour profile. The label is particularly vibrant, featuring a cheerful scene at Port-au-Prince's distinctive Iron Market.

Poached pear, candied peels, simmering spices (think cinnamon, five-spice and peppercorn), a very subtle oaky smokiness builds in the background.
