Description
That Boutique-y Rum Company has gone and independently bottled some absolutely fantastic rum all the way from Haiti! This is a 16 year old column rum, bottled up at a hefty 56.7% ABV and boasting a fruit-forward flavour profile. The label is particularly vibrant, featuring a cheerful scene at Port-au-Prince's distinctive Iron Market.
Batch 1 is a release of 10 bottles.

Poached pear, candied peels, simmering spices (think cinnamon, five-spice and peppercorn), a very subtle oaky smokiness builds in the background.
