That Boutique-y Rum Company unveils its latest batch of a perilous potion known as Blended Rum #1, nestled within the treacherous depths of its infamous End of the World series.
This 14-year-old blend combined rums from a host of different Jamaican distilleries, forged from the embrace of both pot and column stills.
Heed the ominous label that serves as a harbinger of doom. Behold a sinister muck hole, adorned with a foreboding skull and crossbones bubbling among the funky esters, and the haunting visage of a goat skull.
Batch 3 is a release of 369 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Crunchy green apples, young pineapple, and bananas lead to tangy plums and apricot sweetness.
Palate
Big and tropical with waves of ripe bananas, juicy pineapple, and mango, followed by a touch of salted caramel.
Finish
Candied orange and pear drops, earthy tea, and hibiscus, with warming layers of ginger and caraway.
