Description
The Signature Blend from Thameside Rum features a selection of pot and column still rums from Jamaica, Barbados and Guyana, drawn from ex-bourbon casks, blended at cask strength and brought down to bottling strength. Afterwards, it's bottled without any additional sugar, flavourings or colouring.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Chocolate peanuts, toasty cinnamon and ginger, dried oak. A good helping of funky, almost oily notes at its core, balanced by soft tropical fruit and rich honey.
