Single cask rum from Trinidad's Ten Cane Distillery, independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Distilled in 2012, the rum rested until 2022, when the cask was cracked open to release an outturn of 189 bottles at a hearty 57.7% ABV. No chill filtration here, and no added colour, just pure, delicious rum!

Wood polish, charred sugar, and fruit pastries lead to notes of fruit studded tea loaf, candied nuts, and baked apples with sprinklings of woody spice.
