A single cask Trinidadian rum here from Elizabeth Yard made from molasses and aged initially in the Caribbean before it was transported over to Scotland for a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez octaves. Rare and wonderful rum here that packs a huge amount of flavour.
Heaps of sticky, stewed fruits are joined by banoffee pie, nutmeg, sherry-stained oak, and orange peel.
