From Mexico's Casa Tarasco, a traditional cane-based rum, known as Charanda. Double copper pot distilled, the rum was treated to an eight-year maturation in a selection of bourbon casks before being bottled up without any added sugar, dilution, or additives.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A balance of dark coffee chocolates, spiced honey, and dried stone fruits, with woody spice and toasted oak resting beneath.
