Here we have a Silver Charanda from Michoacan, Mexico. El Tarasco is distilled from mountain sugarcane, with the higher altitude resulting in a higher sugar content. The unaged spirit is bottled at 38% ABV, full of fresh citrus and sweeter caramel notes. Use this as you would any other white rum in cocktails, or just enjoy it on its own.
Lots of oily lemon peel, with a building, peppery spice and a drizzle of honey and caramel.
