A grand rum from the Philippines, produced by Tanduay. This expression spends five years maturing in bourbon barrels, developing a flavour profile rich in creamy vanilla and fruit. It's filtered before being bottled, removing some of its hue (though not its flavour, luckily!). Great for cocktails and mixed drinks.
Fruity vanilla with a smidge of cooked pineapple, orange peel, peppercorn, molasses, and coconut ice.
