This Filipino rum from Tanduay spends at least 10 years maturing in American oak bourbon barrels. The result is a rich, rounded spirit, laden with notes of caramel, vanilla, oaken spice, and dark chocolate. Superb for sipping, and ought to work a treat in a Rum Old Fashioned.
