Takamaka Overproof Rum
An overproof rum from the Takamaka range, produced in the Seychelles using molasses distilled in a column still. As the name suggests, this is an overproof expression, having been bottled up at a hefty 69% ABV. This should be well-diluted before being enjoyed – perhaps in a rum punch...?
