From St Nicholas Abbey in Barbados comes this eight year old rum! Distilled from sugar cane over in Saint Peter, the single cask Bajan rum was then aged exclusively in a bourbon cask. Eventually after eight years it was bottled at 40% ABV, with fresh notes of tropical fruit and citrus making an appearance.
Sticky ginger cake, barbecued pineapple, a touch of spice, with vanilla sponge and pink grapefruit.
