
The Saint Aubin Distillery is based on the island of Mauritius alongside a sugar cane plantation first established in 1819, named after its first owner, Pierre de Saint Aubin. It's from this sugar cane that this Gold Rum is produced, in a copper pot still at the island distillery. The liquid has then been barrel aged, owing to its golden colour and flavour profile.
A natural grassy sweetness alongside a touch of tannic oak, as well as a grounded earthy note.
