An agricole rhum distilled over in the Indian Ocean, Saint Aubin Black Rum is produced on the island of Mauritius. Sugar cane has been grown on the estate since 1819, and it is from this that the rum is distilled. We reckon ginger beer and a good slice of lemon will do well with this one.
Well rounded and punchy, with lots of coconut and banana alongside cut grass and a drying, oaky finish.
