Spytail Black Ginger Rum is made in France using a blend of Caribbean rum aged in barrels with a selection of spices, most notably ginger (inspired by a 19th century recipe).
Brown sugar, spicy fresh ginger root with a kick of cinnamon, tropical fruits.
Settles in the mind. Mellow. Lovely product with exactly the right level of spice. Always have a bottle around.

Palatable. Gorgeous bottle. Drinkable neat over ice with a subtle ginger tone. Not a harsh Rum. Smells divine. Great mixed 30:70 over Pepsi and ice. A lovely long drink
Literally so nice to have with some coke or ginger beer will definitely be buying another once I'm through
