Spirited Union Spiced
Spirited Union The Good Spice is a botanical rum made with barrel-aged Ugandan vanilla beans, Tanzanian cloves, palo santo, also known as “holy wood". It was created to support environmental and social impact projects through the Bonsucro organization. In 2023, Spirited Union joined the ‘1% for the planet’ fund and is donating at least 1% of the revenue of Good Spiced rum to the reforesting of the Amazon by supporting impact projects in the region. The rum is delicious on its own but also makes a lovely Good & Rainy, which you can make with the below recipe.
Good & Rainy
40ml Good Spiced rum
250ml ginger beer
Lime juice
Add the Good Spiced rum, ginger beer, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice to a tall glass full of ice cubes. Give it a good stir and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
