Description

This impressive rum combines a selection of rhum agricole and molasses rums from Marie-Galante, Guadeloupe, and the Dominican Republic, blended on the island of Saint-Martin. With generous layers of poached fruit and toasted spice, it's a supreme sipper, and ought to shine in spirit-forward cocktails.

Overall

Anise and cacao open the way for warming notes of nutmeg and woody cinnamon, with hints of waxed fruit and burnt brown sugar riding throughout.
