Soldiers Bay Silver Rum
Soldiers Bay is a white rum from the last distillery remaining on the island of Antigua, in the West Indies. Suitable for all manner of rum-based cocktails, particularly the Daiquiri.

Nose
A sweet nose of lemon peel, molasses and coconut water.
Palate
More coconut water, a hint of lime developing in the citrus department and a touch of pepper.
Finish
Clean and refreshing with fruit on the finish.
