Siren's Call Caribbean

Siren's Call Caribbean Spiced Rum is named in honour of those who were lured into the rocky shallows by the call of the singing creatures, who may or may not have looked just like the one on the front of the label. It takes Caribbean rum and blends it with ginger and other tropical spices from the islands.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

A hefty kick of spicy ginger leads, alongside cinnamon and allspice with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and a hint of tropical fruit sweetness.

Like a holiday all inclusive rum.
This reminds me of a holiday all inclusive rum. Its not really a spiced rum as its very mildly spiced. Easy drinking with ice and coke. I actually enjoyed it on a summers evening when everyone else had gone to bed and I was sat by the firepit waiting for it to die out.

Best spiced rum by far!
I have tried quite a few spiced rums over the years but this is the best by far!

I like it
I’m a big fan of the Kraken and Lugger spiced rum. I find this to be a happy medium of the two. It sounds like it’s not for everyone but I like it.

Pure piss
I do like a spiced rum. This is not that. Absolutely horrendous. The best way I can describe this is cheap vodka with some colour added. No flavour whatsoever. Probably best used during winter to defrost your windscreen.

Awful
This stuff is the worst rum I've ever tasted and I have had some bad ones in the past. Please avoid like the typhoid.

Incredibly bad
Wow, just wow! This has taken my breath away.... for all the wrong reasons. I am genuinely astounded this product ever made it into production. It is quite incredible how terrible this “rum” is. I think drinking watered down paint stripper would be more enjoyable to drink; it would certainly have more flavour. Even reduced at £15 this isn’t worth your money. The person that left the review saying this is “Top quality” needs their head looking at, because they’ve clearly never had decent spiced rum. Avoid at all costs and stick with something like Captain Morgan’s spiced gold, it’s in a totally different league.

Don't buy.
Awful, just awful. Not worth my time with an in depth review.
