From the Silver Seal Rum is Nature range comes a 16 year old Panamanian rum, which was distilled in June 2001 and bottled in June 2017 at 46% ABV. The parrots on the label look particularly inquisitive.
Roasted apricots and mango, with a dusting of cumin and black pepper. A touch of honey, too.
