A rather wonderful Puerto Rican rum from Serralles' Don Q range, made with a blend of aged rums, which has resulted in an approachable yet complex and rewarding flavour profile. There's a lot to love here, from the rich toffee and tropical fruit notes on the nose, to the decadent coffee and oak on the palate, mellowed by layers of honey. More than suitable for sipping and savouring neat, but should also do very well for upgrading your rum-based cocktails.
