Faithful Rum is the team's take on a classic white rum, inspired by the expressions produced in Jamaica. Following a long fermentation and double distillation in Scratch's pot still, this expression is bottled up without maturation at 43% ABV, offering up vibrant notes of vanilla, baking spices, and crunchy brown sugar. Serve this in a Mojito and you'll have made a great choice.

Really good stuff. I have bought (and tried) the whole Scratch range now but this superb and worth every penny. Delicious in a daiquiri or as a sipper (rare for a white rum) with a small ice cube. Highly recommend.
