Scissor-Tail Fine Jamaican Rum
Jamaican rum made from a blend of 3-year-old pot still and 5-year-old column still rums, tropically matured in bourbon casks, and bottled with no added colour or sugar. The name is inspired by Jamaica's national bird, and the bottle features an illustration of the hummingbird in question on the label. We can imagine this working well in many a Daiquiri, or a Hummingbird cocktail!

Big tropical fruit character, with dried mango, pineapple, plenty of spice, and oaky vanilla.
