Independently bottled rum from Samaroli, this expression was distilled on the Fiji Islands in 2009. The rum rested in a single cask until 2021 when the clever team at Samaroli cracked it open for bottling in Scotland.
Wafts of dark, floral tea, caramelised biscuits, sweet citrus with a gently waxy viscosity.
