Glorious Fijian rum here, distilled in 2009 and matured in a single cask until 2021 when it was independently bottled up by Samaroli. An extremely elegant sipper – another cracking bottling from Samaroli.
Wafts of dark, floral tea, caramelised biscuits, sweet citrus with a gently waxy viscosity.
