Rosemullion Spiced Rum

From the Rosemullion Distillery down in Cornwall comes a Spiced Rum! It's pot distilled before it's then aged and spiced. The final aromatic spirit is then bottled at 40% ABV in this very handsome decanter. This rum carries enough sweetness and spice to make it the perfect match in a Tiki Sazerac. This spiced rum has won numerous awards including gold medals at The Spirits Business Rum & Cachaça Masters, and the 2022 SIP consumer-judged spirit awards!

Be prepared
Brutal rum, not unpleasant just feels like it would happily go 12 rounds with Mike Tyson and win to tell the tale.
The spices certain don’t come through as strongly as other spiced runs I’ve had, so better suited to hardy dark rum drinkers.

Can understand why it wins all the awards
A well balanced spiced rum, not too much sugar or vanilla that allows the other flavours to appear which provides an excellent rum that can be drunk neat over ice.
