
A 5 year old rum from the Dominican Republic, produced as part of Ron Larimar's delicious range. This particular edition has been allowed to finish in casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, helping to impart some particularly intense dried fruit notes to the spririt.
Chocolate, prune and orange peel, with brown sugar and subtle cigar box richness.

Hard to describe why this works so well, but it does. To say that you could easily mistake this for a sherried whisky doesnt do it justice. Its a fine drink in its own right and extremely drinkable too! Its got depth, balance and a sweet but not not overly sweet profile. Real treat grab a bottle
