Ron Izalco 15 Year Old 70cl Rum

The long-awaited Ron Izalco 15 Year Old has arrived! The well-aged rum, the release of which creator Karthik Sudhir teased when we spoke to him in 2019 is a blend of five rums from five different Central American countries that were matured for 15 years at their own respective distilleries in ex-bourbon barrels. They were bottled without any additional ingredients at cask strength, a hefty 55.3% ABV. This is one to sip and savour.
