Ron Izalco 15 Year Old
The long-awaited Ron Izalco 15 Year Old has arrived! The well-aged rum, the release of which creator Karthik Sudhir teased when we spoke to him in 2019 is a blend of five rums from five different Central American countries that were matured for 15 years at their own respective distilleries in ex-bourbon barrels. They were bottled without any additional ingredients at cask strength, a hefty 55.3% ABV. This is one to sip and savour.

It’s got the same blend of dark and dried fruit, caramel and citrus notes as the 10 year old, but it's earthy, drier and a touch more refined.
