Bourbon
A generously aged Panamanian rum, named after Tortuga Verde, the green sea turtle that lives on the white sands of Central America, diving between the Pacific and Caribbean seas. This molasses-based rum was column-distilled and tropically matured for at least 10 years in bourbon barrels, offering up notes of sun-dried raisins, chocolate, and mellow oak.
