Matured for four years, Carta Dorada is Ron Cubay's exciting attempt to feed an authentic Cuban 'golden' (that's what Dorada is Spanish for) rum to an international consumer base.

Nose
Roasted coffee beans and fresh, sugary toffee linger before some light, sweet fruitiness emerges.
Palate
Rich spices, tangy orange and dried banana rise over butterscotch and toasty oak.
Finish
Some caramel sweetness, dark, exotic spices and oak char lead the finish.
