Wonderful Cuban rum which has enjoyed a rather lengthy maturation (for a rum). 10 years in the cask has given this beauty bags of character, flavour and an glorious mahogany hue.
Nose Big, warm spoonfuls of honey. Peach flesh, brown sugar and vanilla.
Palate Toffee, oak spices and even more vanilla.
Finish Very long and, once again, full of vanilla.
Overall More vanilla than you can shake a stick at. Gorgeous.
