Distilled in the Dominican Republic in 2010, Ron Cristóbal treated this edition of its Santa Maria rum to a secondary maturation in ruby Port casks before bottling in 2024. The rum boasts a rich, decadent profile, layered with red berries, and subtly tannic waves of tobacco and drying oak.
