This Dominican rum is brought to us by Ron Cristóbal as part of the Santa Maria series. Distilled in 2010, the rum was treated to a secondary maturation in Calvados casks until bottling in 2024, bringing crisp notes of green orchard fruit to the warming spices and silky caramel at its heart.
Creamy caramel and brown sugar, a burst of green apple and pear, warming woody spice, and soft, oaken vanilla.
