I must admit that I had high expectations for this, but it has not quite hit the mark. Make no mistake, this is not a bad rum; however, it's a little thin on the flavour profile and lacks any real punch (in my opinion). I wouldn't want to discourage anybody from giving it a go but at £70 a bottle, I think there are better options within that price range.
Great tipple with a depth of flavours. Drinks well on its own.
