Rhum J.M Fumee Volcanique
Caribbean rum from Martinique, J.M Fumée Volcanique is matured for 12 to 14 months in ex-Bourbon barrels creating intense aromas of salted butter caramel, smoke, lime, honey and anise. Smoke is the primary flavour component here. It gains its name from the volcanic soil in which it grows all of its sugar cane on the Habitation Bellevue estate, right above the distillery.

Aromas of salted butter and caramel with flavours of smoke, honey and anise. A hint of lime on the palate with a long, smoky finish.
