A fragrant spiced rum with a distinct creole spice character. The Rhum J.M. Épices Creoles is made from pure, freshly pressed sugar cane juice grown in the volcanic soils of the Habitation Bellevue estate, right above the distillery. After fermentation and distillation, in a column still, the rum is stored in French and American oak barrels for at least three years, contributing to an intensely spicy aromatic profile.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Aromas of vanilla, honey and wood, cinnamon, gingerbread and nutmeg. Powerful attack on the palate with spicy notes of cinnamon vanilla, nutmeg and pepper with a smoky finish.
